Thank you for shopping with ARROMIC. Our online shop offers unique fashion products from our independent designers with high quality and reliable production. Our QC team will inspect each product before packaging in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.      

At Arromic, our customers' satisfaction is what we strive for. We believe in our products so much that we offer a 14-day refund policy. We're sorry if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, but don't worry you can easily return and get a refund. Please do not hesitate to contact us by email at support@arromic.com. We will do our best to meet your demand.                                                                                                                           


PRECONDITIONS FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE                                                            

-Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of the original order. -Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.                                             


PLEASE NOTE                                                                                                              

-We do not accept the return method of cash on delivery. If it is sent, the return will be rejected.                                                                                         

-Final sale items, promotions, freebies are not eligible for return or exchange.                


RETURN POLICY                                                                                                   

-In the case of the Arromic's responsibility, we will be responsible for the extra shipping fee, not including the original shipping fees.                                                                       

-In the case of the customer's responsibility, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse).                                                                        

-The refund or exchange will be made once the warehouse has received the return.     

Arromic's Responsibility: incorrect order or defective order                               

Customer's Responsibility: wrong selection of products or unwanted items.             

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS                                                           

Step 1: Request a return or an exchange, please contact our after-sales customer service at support@arromic.com.Providing the order number and your email as required, our customer service team will contact you.

Step 2: We will authorize your return with our return shipping address.

Step 3: Prepare your package and pack your merchandise and all its contents (including box and dust bags) securely.

Step 4: Deliver your package. Make sure you get a receipt and code for tracking your parcel online.


REFUNDS                                                                                                       

-Product not received - 5 working days after the estimated delivery time.

-Defective or defective product - 5 working days after receiving the product.

-Fraudulent or unauthorized transaction - 5 days after notification of charge.

-The amount charged on the customer's invoice is not the same as that shown on the website - 5 days after notification of the charge.

-Duplicate charges - 5 days after notification of charge

Depending on where you live, the arrival time of the exchanged product may vary. Refunds will be processed within 3 – 12 business days upon receiving your return at the warehouse. If it has been longer than two weeks, please contact us.                       

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
